Aruba

Aruba, formerly a part of The Netherlands Antilles was granted "Status Aparte" in 1986. Together with The Netherlands and The Netherlands Antilles it forms part of the Kingdom of The Netherlands and is located north of Venezuela.

Politically stable with a worldclass infrastructure, Aruba offers a business friendly environment. A beneficial tax regime, as well as the existence of the Aruba Exempt Company, have proven Aruba to be an attractive jurisdiciton for tax planning.
