Netherlands Antilles

The Netherlands Antilles consist of two groups of islands, strategically located between North and South America. Curacao is the largest of the islands with a population of 150.000 and the seat of the government. While autonomous, The Netherlands Antilles form part of the Kingdom of The Netherlands.

Thanks to its political stability, close political, legal and economic ties to The Netherlands and its excellent communications infrastructure, Curacao has developed into a major financial center, offering all business conveniences.

We provide all services related to the incorporation and management of Netherlands Antilles based entities. These services include the providing of managing directors, registered office facilities, day-to-day management, winding up and bookkeeping.
